Warm
Though the air is getting cooler, I could not feel warming inside.
A Red Welcome
And out of nothingness? Everything
Mighty Mounds
The long highway was met well with these tall monolithic masterpieces.
The American Expansion
Maybe the Mormons had it right. If I had reached this wonderland I probably would have stayed too.
Layers of Greatness
Every layer tells a new story. Some older. Some newer. Some more and some less intense.
Small Meets Large
Having 3 taller brothers, this giants stone face made me feel right at home.
Dead End
Doesn't it kinda look like the road is just going to run straight into the rocks? I thought so.
Contrast Tree
Compared to the overwhelming redness of this park so far, this grove of autumn trees was unexpected but welcome.
Unexpected Seasons
So I never thought Utah got the Fall colors until now. Well I guess Zion was a clue.
Tree Colonade
A hero's welcome to the park. Maybe I'll sleep under the watchful arms of these trees.
Competing Views
Though they could not appear any different. These opposing natural phenomenon have equal share over my heart.
The Details
I wonder now how the park would feel if I visited it during any other season.
Tu Casa, Mi Casa
What was once a Mormon community, is now where I shall call home.
Show Off
You can probably tell how and why I chose this spot.
Neighbors
Oh howdy! Fancy meeting ya'll here.
Cloud Eruption
If I didn't know any better I'd say there be a volcano on the other side of that there ridge.
Stand Alone
Though there was plenty of competition, this tree stood proud in its showing of its autumnal colors.
Ok This One Too
Ok yeah this guy did a pretty good job too.
Former Fences
Yes they are still fences, though there utility may have been more pronounced during the land's previous occupation.
Salute
How could I not feel the Pride!
The Smell of Autumn
Its beginning to smell more and more like fall. Halloween is right around the corner.
Mr. Ed
Its a horse of course! Posted this one to National Geographic. I like this photo.
I Say Nay
Did I spell that right? Is it Nay or Neigh? Well you get the point.
Into the Sunset
This has all the makings of my Indiana Jones moment.
